The working student position supporting the European Account Management team at Machinio.com is a great way to learn about and contribute to the client retention effort of a global company. As a working student in our Account Management team, you will be exposed to how to manage existing client relationships, you will support the team in verifying transactions between existing clients and buyers, and you will be part of the process of renewing their yearly memberships while working with a very driven team on overall client retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Verifying transactions between existing clients and buyers.
  • Support the account management team with initiatives to address clients' needs, building relationships, and maintaining the client's experience with Machinio's services for the duration of their membership.
  • Report back to the account management team on client's technical issues, concerns and any related requests that can be improved/fixed/changed.
  • Collaborate with the account management and other teams to improve aspects applicable to your role, as well as to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:

  • C1 Level in English, and GERMAN, ITALIAN, DUTCH AND/OR SPANISH ARE HUGE PLUS!
  • Drive, motivation and proactiveness to LEARN
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Client-focused and problem-solving attitude

Our Interview Process:

  • Step 1 - Phone Interview with the Head of Operations to get to know you, your background and tell you about us!
  • Step 2 - Google Meets video interview with our Account Management Team Lead to discuss the role in depth.
  • Step 3 - Final interview with one of our Directors.
