What part will you play?
- IT-Demand-Management and Settings for Export Control-Requirements in SAP R/3 Systems:
- Definition, evaluation and alignment of centrally published CRs for SAP R/3 systems
- Identification of export control relevant deviations/errors (processual, technical), subsequent solution determination and clarification with central EX governance departments or local IT
- Implementation of CIP2SAP notes (IT ticketing, test, approval for production) for CRs/Bug Fixes/OSS Notes for systems according to area of responsibility
- SAP R/3 settings verification and documentation according to the implementation guidelines
- Ad-hoc trouble shooting and business process analysis in cases of upcoming errors in SAP with respect to export control and alignment with local IT and business departments.
- Authorization management (role concepts / user rights) for export control related objects in (non-) SAP.
- Responsible for coordination and execution of IT-related projects within the export control area as a project lead
- Definition and implementation of safeguarding measures in various cloud platforms (e.g. Geo-IP-blocking, sanctioned parties screening) and related processes.
- Performing of data analytics to export control transactions and risk-based controls using various tools, in order to advise the business and EX function on process improvement
- Coordination of and participation in overarching network activities / calls covering export control in ERP globally and in Germany
- Preparation / enhancement / participation of/at trainings about export control related IT activities

- Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Business Informatics or comparable degree. Master's degree would be a plus.
- Many years of relevant professional experience in IT, Business Consulting, Export Control, or equivalent
- IT-understanding and knowhow in SAP (R3; SAP4HANA preferable)
- Knowledge about internal control programs (ICP: installation, maintenance, enhancement)
- General Big Data analytics know-how
- Previous knowledge in export control preferable
- Good understanding of business processes preferable
- Logical, analytical and procedural understanding
- Active eagerness to enhance existing processes and controls
- Affinity in communication and active stakeholder management
- Fluent German and English proficiency
