What is the role about?
We are looking for an experienced Workday Training Instructor to help ensure our clients are utilizing Workday effectively by planning, preparing and deliver Workday training to support the implementation and/or optimization of Workday.
- Prepared curriculum and training strategy plan for all stakeholders
- Designed and develop reference guides,
- Manage and deliver training sessions, as well as coach subject matter experts through facilitating train the trainer sessions.
- Define and document Workday learning objectives.
- Create and maintain engaging system learning content (eLearning and instructor led) for our Workday consultants, including presentations, videos, and written materials.
- Document and maintain course materials and any other learning aids
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other team members to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of learning materials.
- Regularly review and redesign training material to meet learner needs
What skills are we looking for?
Our roles are remotely based (even pre-Covid), meaning you will be working from your home office, connecting with your client and team on a daily basis.
To be successful in this type of environment, you will need to have the ability to communicate effectively (in English) with cross-functional teams, explain complex concepts in easy, understandable terms, align HR / business knowledge with Workday functionality, and proactively drive process improvements. You will need to be comfortable with video calls and be proactive in keeping communication channels open with your client and team.
- At least 2 years’ experience in system learning content creation on Workday, a must
- Proven knowledge of various eLearning methodology and tools
- Formal qualification in Human Resources or related degree
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to explain technical jargon in layman's terms
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
As this is a remote role, you can be based anywhere in Europe, so long as you are authorised to work without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
