The work schedule for this position is:

Start date: Candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time (06 weeks) of receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.
Duties
This position has dual roles as a regional LE staff position classification approver supporting the EUR and IO Regional Classification Center (RCC) and as a technical resource supporting RCCs worldwide in best practices and classification process improvement. As a Regional Approver the job holder is responsible for reviewing and certifying regional classifiers' job classifications. In addition to reviewing LE staff classification, job holder is expected to teach regional classifiers, regional approvers, and post classification advisors (PCAs) about classification concepts and tools. As a global technical resource, job holder is expected to develop and execute innovative solutions to train and mentor new regional classifiers, PCAs, and approvers including relevant HR systems, data analysis, and policies. Will liaise with the supervisors, HR offices, Post Mangement, GTM/OE, and other RCCs as needed on classification, position management, and technical issues as needed to support GTM/OE's goals for position classification processes.
Qualifications and Evaluations
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of five years of experience in the field of Human Resources/Personnel Management, of which at least four years consists of work experience in position evaluation utilizing the MClass system and one year of work experience working with HR data and systems as a knowledge manager/data analyst to support information sharing.
Mandatory: Two years of post-secondary education.
LANGUAGE: Mandatory: English - Fluent; speaking/reading/writing, may include the ability to translate. THIS MAY BE TESTED.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must be able to hold a Top-Secret Security clearance.
