Introduction
Pendulum, built by SatoshiPay, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join their team. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing the Pendulum community.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, product, marketing, and development teams as well as community members.
What you will be doing

Daily activity in Telegram, Twitter, and Discord and engaging with the community.Providing timely responses and engagement in community channels.
Managing community initiatives/campaigns.
Organizing and hosting a minimum of 2 Twitter Spaces/Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions per month.
Communicating with the tech, product, and marketing teams to coordinate announcements and development updates, as well as testing all our staking, trading, and bridging technologies.
Attending a minimum of two team video meetings per week at 15:00 CET timezone on Mondays and Wednesdays, and participating in the whole team meeting on Tuesdays at 10:30 CET time.
Your skills
- Crypto Native: You should have been actively involved in crypto projects and communities for three years or more.
- Experience with Telegram and Discord community management is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical skills to measure community engagement metrics and provide insightful reports.
- Willingness and confidence to speak in Twitter Spaces.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.

- Resilience and the ability to work under pressure when necessary.
- Possess an easy-going vibe and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with the Polkadot ecosystem.
