Tasks

Your responsibilities

As a Senior Business Development Manager you’ll be focused on our largest potential deals, working directly with prospective clients to understand their unique needs and consult on how UpSlide can help solve their business challenges. You will:

  • Work with Business Development Associates (SDRs) to help them generate new opportunities and build a high-value sales pipeline
  • Work with our Implementation Consultants to help secure further account expansion
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their unique needs, present solutions, and discuss project scope, timelines, and objectives
  • Manage complex procurement, commercial, and legal processes to close new business
  • Work with our Managing Director to optimise our sales processes and the overall growth strategy of our German office
Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • 4-5 years of experience selling B2B technology/software
  • Consistent track record of managing a large sales pipeline and achieving objectives
  • Strong organisation and project management skills
  • A consultative, solution-selling approach to sales
  • Confidence presenting and speaking with senior level executives
  • Confidence in presenting and speaking with senior level executives (English and German, both written and spoken)
  • Proactive and goal-driven team player
